The institute of Human Resource Management, National Sun Yat-sen University was founded by Professor Ing-Chung, Hunag since August 1, 1993. We have been on the leading position in Human Resource Management in Taiwan. We make great effort to promote students’ international perspectives, practical experiences, language abilities, and competitive advantages for future through exchange student program, summer intern program, and first and second foreign languages learning.

     Based on two goals, “improving human resource management academic standards” and “nurturing expertise and international perspective talent,” we constantly devote ourselves to human resource management academic research and rigorously nurturing high quality students. In addition, as a feedback, we offer continuing education courses and practical case-study courses, hold a variety of lectures and international academic symposium and enhance the effort of enterprise practical research.
