Congratulations!
A symposium paper contributed by Wan-Ling Chien, Fang, Li-Chun, and alumni Szu-Yin Chen from the Ph.D. program of NSYSU Institute of Human Resources Management, titled "Shrewd strategy or beautiful illusion? Exploring the impact of supervisor abusive supervision behavior on the perceived leadership effectiveness of subordinates –The moderating roles of supervisor political skills and physical attractiveness", won the "Editor's Choice Award" in the 2021 Management Concept and Application Seminar co-organized by National Taiwan University Management Review and NSYSU Management Review! Other than a prize of NTD$ 7500, the paper also got recommended to a journal. Congratulations to these students!

In addition, Ph.D. students Kang Chu Liu, Chieh-Yu Lin, and Fu-Chen Kuo also participated in this seminar and they all had excellent performances.
